Social Impakt is a Bali-based organisation improving access to clean drinking water in rural Indonesia by providing a simple, affordable and eco-friendly water filtration technology. Their water filters not only improve health and save money, but also reduce plastic bottle use and CO2 emissions.
 
Why are donations needed now?
 
Tourism represents 80% of Bali’s economy and research shows that 81% of the people have experienced a reduction in income as a result of Covid-19. Social Impakt’s water filters help affected families save money and maintain good health. Support is desperately needed for them to support those who have lost jobs in tourism because of the crisis.
