Island Aid supports people in need on the tourism-dependent island of Koh Phangan. They target pregnant women, young families, the elderly and people with disabilities that have been directly or indirectly affected by the abrupt halt in tourism. Initially, they provide hygiene kits packed with essential items. They then offer tailored support according to individual needs. 
 
Why are donations needed now?
 
Many of Koh Phangan’s small businesses have been forced to shut down indefinitely and thousands have lost their income. As a result, a large proportion of the local community cannot afford the essential items that keep their families safe and healthy. They urgently need your support to ensure people in need survive until tourists come back.
